Desk review: ISO 14001 across all Celtic Collection hotels + ICC Wales; Green Dragon Level 3; full-time Sustainability Team since 2004; zero waste to landfill with food waste to biogas and waste oil to biodiesel; GBP 5m closed-loop irrigation saving 60,000 m3/yr; 5,000 trees. NOTE: electricity is REGO-backed + woodland offsets (weaker than on-site generation). Strong governance/waste.
