What we found
Desk review: Chatsworth publishes property emissions - in 2023 the refurbished hydro turbine avoided 66 tCO2e, two 500kW biomass boilers ~197 tCO2e and an estate woodchip system ~151 tCO2e (~414 t of renewable savings). A gas CHP still operates and a full Scope 1&2 total / net-zero strategy is still being finalised -> Certified, not higher.
