What we found

Desk review: new ~2.1MW solar farm (~2,000 panels) powering the entire 20,000-acre estate (House, visitor centre, sawmill) carbon-free with surplus exported to the grid, plus roof solar since 2022; designed to meet all current/future electricity needs. Estate now effectively solar-powered -> Listed*.
