What we found

Desk review: BREEAM Excellent; renewable heat from 30 geothermal boreholes + roof air-source heat pumps (renewable heating & cooling), cutting electrical load ~two-thirds and ~43% less carbon than a comparable building; real-time energy display. Strong renewable-heat design; own-baseline absolute reduction not the metric (new build).
